Paul Tulip – Founder

Paul has over 20 years of global Search and Consultancy experience across a broad variety of sectors. He started his career in Yorkshire followed by London.

In Paul's younger years he represented and captained Yorkshire at cricket and it was this sport that first brought him to Australia in his gap year before completing his university degree in business and sport.

After five years of executive recruitment in the UK, Paul’s next challenge saw him emigrate to Melbourne to join a leading Executive Search business.

Paul then left his role as partner there after five extremely enjoyable and successful years to start his own business Yorkshire Bridge.

Paul prides himself on his trust and integrity, which he applies to build a truly enviable and ever-growing network. It is often said that if you need to know who to know, then contact Paul!

A keen player of sport, Paul holds the position of Social Secretary of Melbourne High School Old Boys Cricket Club and is an active member of Rosanna Golf Club.

In summary, Paul is a larger-than-life character who can find the positives in any situation and, without doubt, adds value in any commercial situation.
